We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products only. To request a return: • The product must be unused and sealed • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs • Refund is issued once the product is received and inspected Opened or used herbal products cannot be returned for safety reasons. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
